ASNT PT Level II Course Training and certification:

Course Contents: This course focuses on the introduction to the penetrant method – Principles of penetrant inspection – Materials – methods – the compatibility of materials – equipment and safety aspects – performance checking  – the selection of techniques  – Penetrant groups –  Pre-cleaning methods – Penetrant testing methods and techniques – Types of developers – Sensitivity & resolution checking of test systems – defect detection and evaluation – practical exercises;  methods of assessing sensitivity, Interpretation, and evaluation, reporting, instruction writing, and Product technology.

This course exceeds the instruction outline and criteria specified in the ASNT Recommended Practice SNT-TC-1A, ANSI/ASNT CP-189, and ASNT Standard Topical Outlines for Qualification of Nondestructive Testing Personnel (ANSI/ASNT CP-105).

Penetrant Testing theory classes will be organized through online and/or offline and hand-on practical sections will be arranged nearest feasible NDT test center.

• To carry out penetrant inspection using solvent-removable, water-washable, and post-emulsifiable/removal processes
• To write clear and concise inspection instructions and test reports
• To develop inspection techniques and procedure that shall be followed
